Please join the Center for Offshore Safety at its Thirteenth Annual COS Forum - September 17, 2025 - Houston, Texas.
The COS Forum brings together offshore industry – operators, drilling contractors, service/supply companies, academia, and regulators – to facilitate collaboration and drive continual improvement. Beginning in 2013 as part of COS’ commitment to “sharing industry knowledge,” the COS Forum has become one of the premier safety-focused events for industry, auditor, and regulatory agency engagement.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to registrar@api.org. Cancellations shall be effective, final, and binding upon receipt by API. Cancellation requests received by Friday, August 15, 2025, will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $100 cancellation fee, and will be processed in the original form of payment. Refunds are not provided for cancellation requests received after Friday, August 15, 2025. Substitutions are welcome.Hotel Information:
