Please join the Center for Offshore Safety at the 2026 COS Forum – September 24, 2026 – Houston, Texas.

The COS Forum brings together offshore industry – operators, drilling contractors, service/supply companies, academia, and regulators – to facilitate collaboration and drive continual improvement. Beginning in 2013 as part of COS’ commitment to “sharing industry knowledge,” the COS Forum has become one of the premier safety-focused events for industry, auditor, and regulatory agency engagement.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to registrar@api.org by Friday, August 21, 2026. Cancellation shall be effective, final, and binding upon receipt by API. Cancellation requests received by Friday, August 21, 2026, will receive a refund of the registration fee less a $100 cancellation fee, and will be processed in the original form of payment. Refunds are not provided for cancellation requests received after Friday, August 21, 2026. Registration fees are non-transferable to other meetings. Substitutions within the same event may be made at any time by written request to registrar@api.org.
