2020 COS Forum – Welcome Letter from Russell Holmes, Director of the Center for Offshore Safety
Please join the Center for Offshore Safety at its Eighth Annual Forum. The COS Forum brings offshore industry operators, drilling contractors, service/supply companies, academia, and regulators together to facilitate collaboration and drive continual improvement.
The Forum began in 2013 as part of the COS commitment to “sharing industry knowledge” and has become the premier safety-focused event for the industry. It also provides the opportunity for networking and idea exchange, with our dedicated sponsors and exhibitors sharing their latest products and services.
While the 2020 COS Forum will be different compared to previous years, it will remain one that is right for you, providing a compelling online experience incorporating the latest technology for engaging communities online. Breakout sessions, Q&A capabilities, and networking opportunities will be included.
Our virtual conference will also maintain the strong connection with our sponsors and exhibitors through dedicated pages, where attendees can download brochures, watch videos, and even schedule virtual face-to-face appointments with booth staff.

- By October 23rd: Purchase your Sponsorship or Exhibit Booth
- Week of October 26: Virtual Exhibit Hall login will be provided, along with optional training sessions
- Week of November 2nd: Conference attendee appointment scheduling opens
- November 10-12: Virtual Exhibition and COS Forum
- Through November 2021: Continue to network and set up appointments with Conference attendees with year-long access to Virtual Exhibition Hall
